Lazy days are really tiring

Happy 4th of July!

We spent our holiday fishing and hiking at Loch Lomand in the Santa Cruz mountains. Redwoods blanketed the hills, and gave us something to look at while we fished and fished with no luck. Arms are sore from casting. Legs and feet are fatigued from hiking.

A tall girl can feel right at home with all these epic beauties.

Now off to see some fireworks, if I can stay awake.
